Today, I'm thrilled to take you on a journey through the organizational structure of the JOHN 14:12 CHURCH, a community that's built on faith, love, and unity.

Our journey begins with the cornerstone of our church, our founder, Ps. Mark Pedder. His vision and unwavering dedication have been the guiding light that has shaped our church into the vibrant community it is today. His legacy continues to inspire us as we strive to live out the teachings of Christ in our daily lives.

Steering the ship is our Senior Pastor, Ella Galamiton. Her leadership is marked by deep faith, compassion, and a commitment to serving the congregation. She guides us on our spiritual journey, always reminding us of God's love and grace.

Next up, we have the Department Head. This role is pivotal in overseeing the various ministries within our church. From worship to outreach, they ensure that each department is functioning effectively and aligning with our church's mission. Their role is to coordinate and facilitate, ensuring that all parts of our church are working together harmoniously.

Last but certainly not least, we have our Senior Leaders. These individuals are the pillars of our church, providing guidance and support to our congregation. They play a vital role in fostering a sense of community and ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and loved.
